While the transition to this new system is in progress there will be some growing pains! We have been working and training to try to be ready when the new system goes live on March 25th, but there will be some bumps in the road.
Please expect some delays in processing sales at the cash register, getting appointments scheduled, and processing payments and account activities. We are working to master the new system as quickly as possible. There is also a limit to what data can be transferred from the old system meaning searching customer histories may be time consuming and we may need to confirm or re-enter customer information.
Once the new system is fully implemented we expect it to significantly help us in improving day to day operations, keeping track of the many tasks needed to serve our customers, customer communication, and much more.
