COVID-19 sucks and we are all tired of it, but as long as it is here we have to consider the safety of our customers and employees. Here is a rundown of precautions we are taking for in-store and in-home environments. As always, please give us a call to get more information or discuss any concerns.
In-Store Precautions
As with all venues open to the public we require the use of face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines and NYS mandates.
Daily routine of cleaning/sanitizing counter surfaces, door handles, bathroom, and other surfaces customers will contact.
We have opened our floor plan to promote social distancing.
We have placed barriers at cash register where most face-to-face contact occurs.
In-Home Precautions
Our technicians will be wearing face coverings when in your home (please note some jobs require the use of changing into a respirator for some or all of our work, and face coverings will be worn again once respirator is removed).
Our technicians avoid contact with home surfaces/furnishings not related to the work to be done.
Drop cloths are used both to protect floor surfaces as well as minimize contact between our tools/materials and home surfaces. Drop cloths are washed regularly with bleach.
Our vehicles are equipped with hand cleaner and sanitizer for regular use by our technicians.
As always please contact us to discuss any concerns you may have prior to your appointment.
